So if you’ve been following, you’ll already know that I just released the free ebook download version of Hugs and Popsicles a couple days ago. This is a book of children’s poems with full-color illustrations, and the title poem is about how hugs and popsicles can cure just about any ailments you may have. Just today I’ve been further enlightened by a free hugs movement that’s being spread all over the world!

Not only did I hear about this campaign, but someone I know actually got to experience some free love today while he was driving his cab. He was circling the downtown square in Springfield, Missouri, while waiting for his next Taxi call, and he spotted a large group of people with Free Hugs signs! He said he pulled over, jumped out and was swarmed by people wanting to give out free hugs. What an emotional experience, both for him and for me as he recounted the story.

I am simply thrilled to know that people are banding together to change the world with love. What an amazing concept! These are people who truly understand that giving away love doesn’t take anything from a person’s soul. In fact, quite the opposite. Giving love creates more love, which fills the world with warmth and happiness. THIS is where we’re headed.

So drop all your stress, all your woes and get real for a second. Watch this video clip and if it pulls a string in your heart, watch it again. Decide today that you’re going to do your part to spread the love, even if it’s just a simple smile at a passing stranger.

Do you think you or someone you love has an addictive personality? This may be true, but there may be an explanation, at least partially, that you’ve probably never considered before. Read on to find out the possibilities.

An addictive personality is now classified as a brain disease and is described as a collection of traits that predispose a person to engage in physical or psychological activity which negatively impacts quality of life. People with an addictive personality are often engaged with several additions, but what about those of us who have just one or two? Maybe we’re addicted to things that aren’t seen as particularly harmful by the general population. Like TV or drama! Whether it’s a daily bowl of ice cream or a daily fix from some kind of illegal drug, addictions are everywhere.

What if I told you that it’s possible that an addictive personality is caused by excess energy and moments of genius that aren’t being channeled properly? Would you laugh, or would you want to know more?

It’s quite possible that an addiction is created as a distraction; a way to distract oneself from something that seems particularly painful, difficult or impossible. Now that seems right on the money, right? But what about if we create these addictions because of emotions and feelings that we don’t even realize are right under the surface of our radar, pushing to be let free and to create and attract our lifelong desires?

I discovered a program that I find to be amazing. As soon as I heard about it bought the book immediately…within seconds. Now, I haven’t been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, nor do I have any addictions that are considered major by the mainstream public, like alcohol, drugs or worse…(and no, I don’t even like drama). But this material did strike a chord when it promised to allow me to let loose my fire and harness my personality to help me become as successful as some of the most famous names we recognize… da Vinci, Einstein, Edison, etc.

Wow…harness my personality? I start projects that I don’t want to finish. I lose concentration when I get bored. I LOVE creating something new, but tend to lose interest when I dream up the next idea. My follow through tends to be non-existent if I’m not getting the satisfaction I’m looking for. Do you have an addictive personality, ADD/ADHD or find any of what I just said to resonate with your life?

Yes? Well, do I have something great for you! It’s called The DaVinci Method. Right on the front page of the website is a little quiz that will determine if you possess a DaVinci type personality. If you do, or if you have ADHD, need help with addiction, or just want to be better at what you do, you absolutely must check out this program. I’ve only read the book and I learned a ton about how to take charge of my gifts and focus them into doing what I love, sharing them with the world and ignoring the crazy distractions and addictions that I have created in my life.  This is a whole new concept, but every word was breathtaking, refreshing and provided me with a great deal of relief. There are other people out there who face the same issues as me (some on a much higher level) and there’s an answer.

One of my favorite parts of being online is making connections. If you’re in the business of changing the world (like I am) then making connections is a crucial part of getting to know your audience, finding out what they want, and then providing it for them. When you’re on purpose, these connections can be more fulfilling than any material gains would ever be. In fact, his views are much the same as mine, so I wanted to make a post, not only to thank him, but to share with you what he has to offer. His site begins with an adorable anecdote about ‘Why God Created Children‘. This will make you lol…I know I did!

As I began to look around his website, he’s got hundreds of articles offering natural ways to help many health problems and ailments; cancer, acne, everything from A to Z. I encourage you to browse through his database of articles, as you may very well learn about an herbal, natural or homemade remedy that could help you in your daily life.

There are health concerns with fluoride in water, and toothpaste, and food, and whatever else is poisoned with fluoride. Yes, I said poisoned. There are many people all over the world that understand the danger this imposes on our bodies. The following video explains the dangers of fluoride in water and other concerns. It’s possible to get water from other, non-contaminated sources, but what about toothpaste? It’s extremely difficult to find toothpaste without flouride, and even when you do, it usually still contains glycerin. This is also dangerous. There are alternatives though, to keeping your body and your teeth free from this chemical.

One such alternative is a line of products by IPSAB. These are probably not what you’re used to, but I use them and I’m quite pleased. They taste good, they are fluoride and glycerin free and they keep your teeth just as clean as toothpaste. Using all-natural ingredients, you might even find that gums will heal, bad breath will improve and tooth pain will diminish. This whole idea is alarming, and is just the tip of the iceberg.
